About our whole dried red chilli.
India is the leading origin for dried red chilli, and the Guntur belt in particular supplies the bulk of internationally traded pods. We offer widely requested types with and without stem, selected on colour, pod length and pungency so that grinders and blenders can match their formulation.
Pods are sun-dried, cleaned and packed in food-grade bags or lined cartons. Because colour value and heat vary by type and crop, parameters are confirmed against the specific lot before contract.
