About our fresh red onions.
Indian red onions are widely traded for their deep colour, pungency and keeping quality. We source from principal onion belts across the Nashik region and other origins so that supply can follow the crop calendar rather than a single harvest window.
Bulbs are cured, graded by diameter and packed in ventilated mesh so air can move through the stow. Grading tolerance, colour expectation and permitted defects are agreed in writing before the shipment is confirmed.
