Product overview
About our cumin seeds.
Gujarat and Rajasthan account for the majority of Indian cumin, and Unjha is the principal trading centre for the crop. We supply the commonly traded purity grades — Singapore 99% and Europe 99.5% — as well as sortex and machine-cleaned material specified by the buyer.
Seed is cleaned, destoned and graded before packing in food-grade or kraft bags with an inner liner. Buyers requiring steam-sterilised material or a specific treatment can have that written into the contract.
Key points for buyers
- Singapore 99% and Europe 99.5% purity grades
- Machine-cleaned, destoned and sortex-graded
